Information you give Amore Soap

When you place an online order, you provide Amore Soap with the following information:

• your e-mail address

Amore Soap will use this information for the purpose of sending you the product that you have ordered.  With your permission, we will also contact you via e-mail with information on new products and promotions.

When you post a comment on amoresoap.ca, you provide Amore Soap with the following information:

• your e-mail address
• your Internet Protocol (IP) address
• the date and time of your post
• the content of your post

Your name, the date and time of your post, and the content of your post appear on amoresoap.ca as your posted comment.  Amore Soap may use your e-mail address to contact you if we feel that your post warrants a personal reply, but it will not be visible to others.  Your IP address is used by our website software to verify that you are not a known spammer, but it will not be visible to others.  Other people will be able to see your comment by visiting amoresoap.ca or via Internet search results.

Information you give to our payment processor

Amore Soap uses PayPal to process online payments.  When you place an online order, you give the following information to PayPal:

• your e-mail address
• your credit card number, expiration date, and verification code

This information will be used for the purpose of processing your payment and sending you your order.  You do not have to sign up for a PayPal account to pay through PayPal’s system.

Information you provide via our Facebook page

When you interact with Amore Soap on our Facebook page, the information you provide is determined by your Facebook privacy settings.  Other Facebook users, and those who view your interactions via search engine results, will have access to any information that you have made available through your privacy settings.  Amore Soap recommends that you spend some time reviewing your Facebook privacy settings to ensure that you are providing only the information you wish to provide.  However, we have no control over information that is made available as a result of interactions with our Facebook page.
